Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates – The Abu Dhabi School of Government (ADSG), the leading platform for improving human skills in the emirate, has launched the “Coaching Skills Certificate” program, which aims to provide managers and Abu Dhabi Government leaders coaching core skills required to lead colleagues and team members to drive performance and career conversations. By developing skills in a safe, expert-guided environment, the program will enable participants to communicate effectively and confidently across cultures.
Held virtually, the program lasts three days and contributes 12 hours towards obtaining accreditation from the International Federation of Coaches. As part of the program, participants will learn how to help their colleagues and team members define what they want, set goals based on their values, and support them in their personal and professional development.
Commenting on the launch of the programme, His Excellency Mohamed Gheyath, Acting Director General of the Abu Dhabi School of Government, said, “We look forward to welcoming the talented managers and leaders of the Abu Dhabi Government to this programme, as it strengthen their communication and management skills. , while enabling them to drive and transform the culture of performance in their workplace. »

The Coaching Skills Certificate program will also enhance participants’ abilities to integrate coaching and training skills into local work environments and settings. Additionally, the program can be completed alongside other ADSG development programs.
To date, ADSG has created and developed over 23 programs, which equip and empower Abu Dhabi employees with the skills and expertise to navigate future and current job markets.
